For Residential Dryer Vent Cleaning we have a minimum service charge of $199.99_+gst.

This Price includes our Full Service Cleaning, however Additional Charges may apply.

Additional Charges

In addition to our Minimum Service Charge, we do charge extra for:

More than one Dryer?

If you have more than one Dryer in your Home, we charge an extra $99.99 each for additional Unit.
Save $49.99 ea!

This Reduced rate is only available after our Minimum Service Charge (First Unit) and does not cover Additional Access charges
(if applicable).

Additional Units must
be located within the same Home.

Does your Project require Special Access?

We do have an Additional Charge for Special Access if completing your Project requires:

Accessing the Roof, Attic or Crawlspace.

The use of an Extenstion Ladder.

We usually only need to Access the Roof/Attic/Ladder if your Dryer vents out to the Roof or on a High Wall.

Pulling out Stacked Washer Dryers

If your unit is a Stacked Washer/Dryer in a Confined Space, there is also an additional charge of $49.99.

This Price includes:

• Pull Dryer Out
• Clean behind unit
• Check Connections
• Push unit back

Our Technicians have the Tools, the Techniques, and the Experience to make sure they also protect the flooring in your Home.

Repairing Dryer Vents

If you require Repairs on the Dryer Vent Ducting in your Home, we provide the Highest Quality Results and Guarantee all of our Work!

We do not charge for Minor Repairs when combined with Regular Cleaning Service.

Additional Repairs start at $99.99. This price may vary depending on Parts and Labour.

Appliance Repairs

Dryer Broken Down? Unfortunately, we do not offer Appliance Repair. If you like, Give us a Call and we can refer you to a Reputable Local Company.

Installing New Dryer Vents

If you Require Dryer Vent Installation for New Construction, we provide the Highest Quality Results and Guarantee all of our Work!

Installations generally start around $399.99, However, each project is unique and we would need to inspect before we can provide a quote.

Re-Routing Dryer Vents

If your Current Dryer Vent set-up is not working, we can Re-route your Dryer Vent for Peak Efficiency!
